Hot Peppers
Beaver Dam
Beaver Dam Peppers are heirlooms brought to Wisconsin by a Hungarian family. They go great with a sandwich or used for stuffed peppers. The crisp fruits are mildly hot.
Green JALAPEÑO
Green Jalapenos have a more mild flavor and are popular for Tex-Mex dishes and pickling. With this variety, you can feel the heat but it doesn't overpower your dish. This 3 inch variety starts dark green, but if you leave it on the vine, it will turn a fiery red color.
Purple JalapeÑo
These peppers start green but quickly turn purple and eventually ripen into a blood-red color. Purple Jalapenos have crunchy deep walls, a lime green interior, and that classic jalapeno flavor that we all love.
